Brian Freise
President / CEO
Brian grew up on a farm in west-central Wisconsin, where he continues to be actively involved in management of the family farm. He graduated with a BS in Agronomy from the University of Wisconsin River Falls. Prior to starting AgPerspective Inc. in 2003, Brian worked for Dow Agro Sciences for six years. His passion is to seek ways to provide value to clients and to under promise and over deliver. He is the President/CEO of AgPerspective Inc.. In his free time he enjoys being with his family. He and his wife Krystal are the proud parents to four girls.

Heather Wuebben
Chief of Staff
Heather grew up on a farm in Hillsdale, IL and graduated with a BA in Operations Management from Western Illinois University. Heather has over 15 years of senior level human resource experience supporting business leaders as a business partner in various industries including healthcare, manufacturing, and agriculture. Her breadth of experience in human resource operations includes talent acquisition, full cycle talent management, leadership and employee development, compliance, and training. She has a passion for ensuring positive employee relationships, driving company strategies, and ensuring profitable performance through engagement, talent development and continuous improvement practices. In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Neil York
Director Consulting
Neil was born and raised in Jonesboro, AR, where he earned his degree in Finance/Economics at Arkansas State University. Neil has also earned his Series III license, and has now been in the agriculture industry for 25 years. His faith, family, and friends inspire him every day. He enjoys sports and being outdoors. Neil has a 16-year old daughter.

Mallory Engelkens
Director, Crop Insurance Operations
Mallory grew up in Polo, IL, where her family is actively engaged in the agricultural industry. She graduated from Southern Illinois University’s College of Agricultural Sciences with a degree in Agribusiness Economics. Mallory first started working for AgPerspective as a summer intern during college and returned after graduation to begin her career. Today she oversees the Crop Insurance department, working closely with our crop insurance agents, processors, and consultants to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to provide our clients the highest level of value.
Mallory Hopkins
Director, Crop Insurance Operations
Mallory grew up in Polo, IL, where her family is actively engaged in the agricultural industry. In 2016, she graduated from the Southern Illinois University College of Agricultural Sciences with a degree in Agribusiness Economics. Mallory first started working for AgPerspective as a summer intern during college. After graduation, she returned to the company to fulfill the role as a Client Account Representative. She works closely with clients to assist them with their crop insurance and marketing plans.
